What You'll Be Doing:- Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.- Prepare and cook food - Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.- Maintain dining and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans and cleaning floors. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.- Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.- Leading Front and Back of House staff What We're Looking For:- Previous shift lead experience in a food service industry strongly preferred.- Drive-thru cashiering experience- Strong leadership skills with experience motivating a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- someone who likes to treat customers like family- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
