Comfort Consultant - HVAC Sales

About the RoleWe are looking for a Comfort Consultant who excels at helping homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their comfort systems. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, designing the right HVAC solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience from first visit to install.If you enjoy building trust, educating customers, and being rewarded for performance - this role is for you.What You'll DoMeet with homeowners to evaluate comfort concerns, system performance, and home layoutDesign and present HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, IAQ, etc.)Educate customers on efficiency, comfort options, and long-term valueProvide clear, professional proposals and financing optionsFollow up with customers to close opportunities and ensure satisfactionWork closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project executionAccurately document jobs in CRM and follow company sales processHelp drive company lead generation through community eventsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience preferredStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to explain technical concepts in simple, homeowner-friendly termsOrganized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own pipelineValid driver's license and clean driving recordComfort with technology (tablets, CRM systems, digital proposals)HVAC technical knowledge is a plus - but we will train the right salesperson.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionPaid training and ongoing coachingVehicle allowance Health, dental, vision, and retirement optionsAdvancement opportunities as the company growsA supportive team culture that values professionalism and integrityWhy Work With UsWe believe sales should feel helpful, honest, and customer-focused.
