What You'll Be Doing

As a Hostess at Leticia's Cocina Santa Fe, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and creating a positive first impression.
• Managing reservations and walk-ins to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
• Communicating wait times and accommodating guest requests with professionalism.
• Maintaining an organized and clean host station.
• Assisting with other front-of-house duties as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service.
• The ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
