As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast service, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, inviting dining area and receive exceptional customer service each morning.

What You'll Do

• Set up, prepare, and maintain the breakfast buffet according to Marriott brand standards.
• Ensure food and beverage offerings are fresh, stocked, and attractively presented throughout service.
• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide prompt assistance as needed.
• Monitor breakfast inventory and replenish food, beverages, and supplies.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, counters, and buffet stations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, and storage spaces.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with breakdown, cleaning, and preparation for the next day's service.
• Work collaboratively with hotel team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Safely operate food service equipment and cleaning tools.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• 1 to 2 years of similar experience. Previous hotel, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. 5.5 Hour shifts.
• Preferred Servsafe Certified
