What You'll DoDiagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systemsPerform maintenance and troubleshooting on water heaters, softeners, fixtures, and piping systemsProvide clear repair and replacement options to homeownersPrepare accurate quotes for service and installation workOffer financing options when appropriateUse company-provided tools to document and manage service callsParticipate in an on-call rotation for emergency service, as requiredRepresent Summers with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of residential plumbing experienceStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate solutions and close service-related salesValid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving recordProfessional appearance and strong customer service skillsDependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitudePlumbing license preferred (or currently pursuing licensure).
