Service Advisor

Woody Folsom CDJR Vidalia is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Vidalia, GA. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our service department and customers, ensuring outstanding service experiences and effective communication. You will work closely with our technicians to accurately diagnose issues, provide clear explanations to customers, and coordinate service schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Listen carefully to customers' concerns and vehicle issues to accurately assess service needs.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to understand and relay diagnostic information.
• Prepare service orders, estimate costs, and explain services and charges to customers clearly.
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize shop workflow and minimize customer wait times.
• Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles during service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the service department.

• Ability to understand mechanical issues and technical terminology.
