Shift Lead (Dunkin Donuts)

At LV Petroleum, we are searching for energetic Shift Leads for the ICONIC Dunkin’ (located inside our travel center). In this role, you will support daily operations, lead team members during shifts, and help deliver the fast, friendly service Dunkin’ guests know and love. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure excellent service and productivity
• Delegate tasks and help maintain smooth restaurant operations
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support training and development of new and existing team members
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift accountability
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Dependable with strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
