We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Master Service Technician to join our team.Job DetailsSalary: $100,000 to $130,000 per yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Rochester Hills, MI 48307Position OverviewThe Master Service Technician will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles following established standards and procedures. This role includes performing pre-delivery services on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality expectations. The successful candidate will maintain a professional work environment, promote safety, and contribute to the efficiency and cleanliness of the workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing techniques.Maintain the highest level of technical training and certification.Keep vehicles clean during service and repair processes.Ensure all required documentation complies with regulations and company standards.Support shop appearance, safety standards, and efficient operations, including inventory management and general duties.Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.Work Environment and HoursThis is a full-time position in a professional, non-smoking, drug-free workplace. The role requires working productively in a fast-paced team setting with a focus on customer service and safety.
Job Requirement:Job RequirementsExperience at dealer-level or large automotive facility preferred.Master Certified Technician with advanced mechanical and electrical automotive knowledge.High school diploma or GED required; additional automotive training or ASE certification is a plus.Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.Professional, dependable with a strong work ethic.Customer service and safety oriented.Basic computer and internet skills.Excellent communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions.Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required.
