About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long-Term Care Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. As a key member of our leadership team, Long-Term Care Administrator (LNHA) will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Your Long-Term Care Administrator (LNHA) expertise and leadership will be essential in driving our mission to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
Long-Term Care Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident care, satisfaction, and overall quality of life.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including quality metrics, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
• Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial stability.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting open communication and trust.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive excellence.
• Ensure effective and efficient use of technology, including electronic medical records and other systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
• Has a strong educational background in Long-Term Care Administration, with experience in the field.
• Possesses a current License Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license and certification in the state of Missouri.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Possesses a passion for delivering exceptional care and services, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Is familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain accreditation.
