Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Spanish Speaking Alexandria, VA
$25-$30 per hour
Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-6:00 PM

EzCare ABA is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Alexandria area. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with a child, build a meaningful connection, and play an important part in their growth and development.

What You'll Do
Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client's home
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
Help your client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Use engaging and motivating teaching strategies tailored to the child
Collect session data and complete documentation
Partner with families and your clinical team to support progress

Qualifications Required
Active RBT Certification
Fluent in Spanish and English
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Dependable and professional work ethic
Preferred
Experience working with children
ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health experience
Passion for helping children reach their full potential

Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-6:00 PM
