Location: Easton, PA

Pay: $19- $21/hr to Start

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone by assisting customers with account information and product inquiries.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Process customer requests and accurately document all customer interactions.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to locate and provide account information.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns as needed.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services or banking experience.
• Experience responding to customers through chat or email.
• Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
