Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
