Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant household

We are currently hiring two positions, one laundress and one housekeeper.

Duties:

• Perform daily laundry, including washing, stain treatment, drying, ironing, steaming, and folding
  
• Care for high-end, delicate, and specialty fabrics using proper techniques
  
• Organize and maintain wardrobes; ensure correct storage of garments
  
• Change, wash, and maintain bed linens regularly
  
• Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and operating efficiently
  
• Follow household garment-care preferences and routines precisely

• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent standards
  
• English-speaking required
  

Schedule:

• Full-time
  
• Around 40 hours per week
  

Duties:

• Perform daily deep cleaning of all rooms and living areas
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment
  
• Complete routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
  
• Change bed linens daily and keep bedrooms neat and orderly
  
• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the residence
  
• Monitor household supplies and replenish as needed
  
• Organize closets, cupboards, and storage spaces efficiently
  
• Assist with meal serving when requested
  
• Ensure appliances, electronics, and household systems are in proper working order
  
• Handle seasonal, deep-cleaning, and post-event cleaning projects
  
• Perform additional household duties as assigned
  
• Uphold professionalism, discretion, and respect for the family’s privacy
  

Schedule:

• Full-time, live-out position
  
• Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. when the principal is in town
  
• Flexible day(s) off
  
• Occasional overtime
  
• Workload may vary during busy and slower seasons
  

Overtime paid at $37.50/hour

Pay: $25.00 per hour

• Fluent in English
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience with high-net-worth families
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Knowledge of luxury furnishings, fabrics, and textiles
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work professionally in a high-pressure environment
  
• Flexible schedule and availability as needed
  
• 1–2 years of experience; some high school education
