Client Success Manager (Payments)
Expert Technical Solutions has an outstanding opportunity for an POS Support Specialist with a fast-growing company in Marietta, GA.

You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company’s merchant
services provider, managing merchant account support, billing inquiries,
reconciliations, statement reviews, audits, and ongoing account maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary post-go-live point of contact, confirming customers have the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to operate successfully.
- Conduct follow-up outreach after support calls, service calls, and repeat issues to verify resolution quality and overall client success.
- Act as a trusted advocate for customers, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and escalated appropriately when needed.
- Identify trends, recurring issues, or adoption challenges and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and long-term success.
- Act as primary liaison between customers and the merchant services provider.
- Manage and resolve merchant services billing inquiries, discrepancies, and customer concerns.
- Perform statement reviews, reconciliations, and audits of monthly merchant services invoices.
- Assist customers with merchant services portal setup, access, and troubleshooting.
- Verify merchant account setup with payment processors.
- Support TIN verification, bank account changes, funding updates, and other merchant account requests.
Skills:
- 1+ year in customer service for a payments company or bank
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with a ticketing system, preferably Salesforce
- Experience working in a restaurant front of house
