What You'll Be Doing

As a bartender at Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
- Adhering to all safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience, with a solid understanding of drink preparation and service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and coworkers alike.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
