Responsibilities of a RN Supervisor/Unit Manager:
- Oversee and manage the nursing staff on your unit
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Coordinate with medical professionals to deliver optimal care
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently
Qualifications of a RN Supervisor/Unit Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Proven experience as an RN Supervisor/Unit Manager
- Responsible, ready, and eager to work
