The Field Foreman plays a key role in supporting on-site construction operations. This position is responsible for monitoring daily production, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality and safety standards.

You’ll work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects running efficiently and safely.

• Monitor daily work performed by subcontractors across all construction phases

• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

• Support coordination to maintain workflow and productivity

• Track daily schedules and task completion

• Assist in maintaining organized, efficient job sites

• Conduct regular site inspections

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

• Verify adherence to company quality standards

• Monitor deliveries and manage on-site inventory

• Coordinate staging areas and material needs

• Track equipment and personnel counts as needed

• Communicate job progress and issues with project leadership and field teams

• Serve as acting Superintendent when needed

• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and field operations

• Understanding of job site safety regulations and best practices

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment

• Experience with Procore (preferred)

• Active construction setting with moderate to high noise levels

• Physical requirements include lifting, climbing, walking, and standing

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

• Travel may be required depending on project location
