Internal Medicine Physician need in lower Fairfield County, CT * Join an established CHC * Integrated team based model of care *Full time 100% outpatient to work Monday through Friday schedule -- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm(one late evening each week scheduled) * Rotating Saturdays among providers (9 am – 1 pm) * Provide quality care for patients ranging in age from adults to the elderly * Comfortable working with a primary care community health center with multicultural, multilingual patient population * Competitive compensation DOE and full benefit package with generous paid time off * Qualifies for NHSC loan repayment, if eligible.
