What You’ll Do:
Deliver coordinated patient care using the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families while supporting continuity of care
Supervise and coordinate care activities with clinical staff
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license
BLS certification required
ACLS and NRP certifications required
Acute care experience preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
