Activities Director Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that meets the needs and interests of our residents

• Plan and coordinate a variety of activities, including social events, recreational programs, and educational classes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized activity plans for residents

• Ensure that all activities are safe, fun, and engaging for residents

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make adjustments as needed

• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and support staff as needed

Activities Director Requirements:

• Prior experience in activities coordination or a related field

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other cognitive impairments

Work Environment:
