Compensation and Benefits:
- Year 1: Guaranteed minimum of $350,000+ (based on experience)
- Year 2: 35% of Collections
- No compensation cap = Unlimited potential!
- Sign-on Bonus Available

- 4 weeks of PTO + 6 Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
