Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide excellent service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Drink Preparation: Craft a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Bar Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with guests, making recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications.
Schedule
Part-time availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
