Smith Personnel is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a production operator!
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of general labor tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our production facility
Location: Arlington, TX 76010
Pay Rate: $18 or more depending on experience
Shifts: 7am till 6:30pm and 8am till 5pm
Your duties may include, but are not limited to, material handling, equipment operation, cleaning and maintenance, and providing support to our skilled production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the production area and equipment in good working order
- Support production staff by providing additional hands-on assistance as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a general labor or manufacturing role is preferred

- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend shifts
Working Conditions:
This position will be based at our manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including noise, dust, and chemical odors. The work can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift and move heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. A valid driver's license may be required for certain material handling duties.
