As the Center Administrator, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the facility, ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standard of care while achieving our operational and financial goals.
Lead the Business & OperationsDevelop and execute sales, operational, and growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead initiatives focused on occupancy, revenue growth, labor management, expense control, and quality outcomes.
Communicate regularly with regional leadership regarding performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Participate in operational budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and expense management.
Monitor performance and make strategic adjustments when needed.
Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, supervise, and evaluate team members.
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and respect.
Maintain strong morale while developing leaders throughout the organization.
Assess staffing needs and ensure the facility is appropriately staffed to meet patient needs.
Step in and support the team wherever needed.
Partner closely with clinical leadership and department heads to address patient-care needs and concerns.
Ensure compliance with the Patient's Bill of Rights and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Promote a safe, welcoming environment for patients, families, and employees.
Participate actively in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality of services.
Partner with Marketing and Admissions to develop and execute census-growth strategies.
Identify competitive opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen the facility's market position.
Participate in prospective patient tours, sales activities, community events, and special events.
Develop strong relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and local partners.
Ensure the building and environment remain safe, functional, and welcoming.
Participate in facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, and construction reviews.
Ensure operations remain aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Remain actively engaged in the day-to-day life of the center.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Administrator's license/certification
Previous experience as a Healthcare Administrator, Executive Director, General Manager, or similar healthcare leadership role
Demonstrated success managing operating expenses of $1M+ annually
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Commitment to quality care, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient experiences
Previous sales, marketing, admissions, or business development experience

Demonstrated ability to build local referral relationships and drive census and revenue growth
This position is based in a healthcare setting and requires regular walking throughout the care center. The role may involve exposure to illness, infection, and emotionally challenging situations, including psychiatric emergencies and end-of-life situations.
The Administrator must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, climb stairs, communicate effectively, and occasionally lift or move supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
Travel: No regular travel required.
