Full-Time Float Caregiver - Guaranteed 40 Hours

$20.60/hour | Guaranteed 40 Hours | Benefits Day 1

Are you a dependable, flexible caregiver who enjoys variety and stepping in where you're needed most? We're looking for an Angel in the Wings Professional to serve as a dedicated coverage resource for our Clients and Support Team.

This unique caregiving position helps protect continuity of care by covering call-offs, approved time off, new Client starts, temporary openings, and other open visits.

This position requires an ongoing weekend commitment. Weekend availability is a regular and essential part of the role, not a rotating or occasional requirement.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to a variety of Clients.
• Step in for same-day call-offs and planned time-off coverage.
• Support new Client starts and open visits.
• Adapt to changing assignments, Clients, and locations.
• Communicate promptly with the Support Team throughout your availability.
• Assist with Support Team work or training when Client coverage is not needed.

Schedule & Compensation

• $20.60/hour
• 40 paid hours guaranteed each week
• 60 hours of weekly availability required within assigned 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. availability windows
• Weekend availability is required
• Required availability not otherwise worked is paid at the applicable minimum wage
• Paid intervisit time
• $25 weekly gas stipend
• Overtime eligible
• Benefits eligible

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Meets all requirements of an Angel Care Professional.
• Has excellent attendance and dependability.
• Is committed to working their assigned weekend days on an ongoing basis.
• Is comfortable working with different Clients and changing assignments.
• Communicates clearly and responds promptly.
• Has a valid driver's license, Michigan auto insurance, vehicle registration, and reliable transportation.
• Is willing to travel throughout our service area.
• Can lift at least 50 pounds.
• Can successfully complete required background checks and drug screening.
