We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer/Quality Technician for a precision‑manufacturing facility in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a full‑time, 1st‑shift position offering long‑term stability and growth.
Responsibilities:
Program and operate Zeiss CMMs using CALYPSO
Perform dimensional inspections on tight‑tolerance components
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
Complete inspection reports and maintain quality documentation
Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements:
2+ years of CMM programming experience (Zeiss/CALYPSO preferred)
Strong understanding of GD&T
Ability to work independently and with high attention to detail
Experience in precision machining, grinding, or medical/aerospace manufacturing is a plus
