• Welcome customers and provide a first-class shopping experience.
• Guide customers through the sales process and identify their needs.
• Recommend products and solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget.
• Communicate the value of shopping with Electronic Express.
• Build sales by presenting products, financing, protection plans, and other available services.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales environment.
• Follow merchandising and inventory standards.
• Assist with cashiering, returns, customer financing, and other front-end responsibilities.
• Stay informed about current products, promotions, financing options, and company programs.

• Fluency in at least one language besides English.
• Previous sales or retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

$11/Hour Base + Commission | Average Commission: $850 Biweekly | Top Performers: $3,000+ Biweekly
