Production Worker Pay Rate and Hours:
- $18/hr
- Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm
Production Worker Job Description:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong self-motivation and initiative.
- Commitment to punctuality, attendance, and reliability.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding and dirty work on a daily basis.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Experience using power tools, grinders, and similar equipment.
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
- This is a physically demanding role that requires working independently
- Will drain oil and condensate out of units on the yard and as they return
- Will be tearing down units for scrapping.
Production Worker Skills:
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in dirty, dusty, and industrial environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass MVR
