Main Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
• Take payments accurately and professionally
• Assist walk-in clients with directions and basic needs while ensuring they receive the right help
• Return voicemails in a timely manner
• Schedule and set up appointments (phone and/or online)
• Provide administrative support as needed to keep the front office running smoothly

Qualifications

• Professional, friendly communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy front office environment
• Prior receptionist/admin experience is a plus (but not required)
