Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive ophthalmology care including routine eye examinations, disease diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform cataract surgery and other ophthalmic surgical procedures in state-of-the-art operating rooms
- Manage a diverse patient population with various ophthalmic conditions and diseases
- Collaborate with multi-specialty physicians and healthcare professionals within the medical group
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
- Provide patient education regarding eye health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain clinical competency through continuing medical education (CME) and professional development
- Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology
- Completion of accredited Ophthalmology residency training program
- Eligible for California medical license or currently licensed in California
- Strong clinical skills in general ophthalmology and cataract surgery
