Clinical Manager – Kent, WA

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + 10% annual bonus

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Clinical Manager / Respiratory Therapist to lead a 25+ member clinical team and oversee respiratory care services across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and company standards.
• Oversee patient equipment setups and clinical follow-ups.
• Conduct staff meetings, competency assessments, and ongoing clinical education.
• Monitor locations for equipment, supplies, documentation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to provide education to referral sources, patients, and families.
• Address team concerns, motivate staff, and maintain strong customer service.
• Support clinical program and policy development.
• Travel within the assigned region as needed.

Qualifications

• RRT or CRTT with a four-year healthcare degree and/or 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Current Washington/Oregon Respiratory Care license strongly preferred.
• Previous management/leadership experience required.
• Experience in in-home respiratory services preferred.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer systems.
