Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation at their Chardon headquarters. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that successful warehouse management is about much more than moving product — it's about inventory accuracy, efficient shipping and receiving, organization, dependable deliveries, and keeping everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and product movement.
- Manage inventory by pulling product, replenishing stock, and helping maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL carriers.
- Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and palletizing/shrink-wrapping equipment.
- Coordinate and complete local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle.
- Make regular deliveries to the Stow and Toledo areas.
- Transport materials between the Chardon headquarters and the company's Concord overflow warehouse as needed.
- Handle occasional emergency deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform basic warehouse maintenance and ensure the facility is properly stocked and maintained.
- Work independently and take ownership of the warehouse's daily operations.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of warehouse experience who has demonstrated stability and progression in their work history.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
- A strong track record of reliability and long-term employment.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience.
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and/or LTL shipping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of the operation.
- A clean background and professional work history.
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000–$65,000 starting salary, based on experience and qualifications.
