The primary role of this position is to serve as the point of contact across all social media platforms as well as in our community to build brand awareness and increase social engagement across 3 F45 locations, F45 Prodigy and FS8 Cresskill

Our Social Media and Community Outreach Associate responsibilities are:

1) Create social media and community outreach calendar 30 days out to support marketing calendar.

2) Social Media Management:
a) Develop content for all media platforms
b) Increase followers and engagement with followers
c) Promote existing programs and promotions
d) Respond timely to social media interactions from followers
e) Identify influencers to collaborate with

3) Community Outreach
a) Create events for potential clients
b) Partner with other local businesses to cross promote
c) Create seasonal activities
d) Participate in communitive events, workshops, street fairs, etc

4) Advertising
a) Work with journalist and PR to ensure support for key events
b) Advertise and measure KPI in social media platforms
c) Create flyers to promote business, partnerships and events


Required skills and qualifications:

· 2+ years experience in a communications, PR or similar role
· Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills
· Good customer service and interpersonal skills
· Friendly and outgoing personality
· Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and web metrics
· Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software and social media management tools
· Good judgment and problem-solving skills
· Able to do cold calls to get events and partnerships
Available to work evening or weekend events
