There's a right way and a wrong way to run a caregiving job. Most agencies hand you a scattered mess of short visits and wonder why nobody stays. We're not most agencies.

We're hiring dependable caregivers across Orange County and the Inland Empire for steady, real-hour shifts — the kind of schedule you can build a life around. Show up, do good work, and we'll keep you busy and paid well.

What you'll do: help a senior stay safely in their own home. Bathing and dressing, help getting around, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and being a familiar, friendly face through the day. We match you to clients who fit your experience and tell you exactly what you're walking into.

Experience we're looking for: at least six months of caregiving — caring for a family member counts. California Home Care Aide registration or willingness to register (easy, we help). Current TB clearance. Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $20–$22/hour based on experience.

What you get:

  • Same-day pay through PayActiv — access your earned wages before payday
  • Paid mileage and paid travel time between clients
  • Paid training on the clock, plus Homewatch CareGivers University
  • Dental, vision, and disability insurance, plus 401(k)
  • $50 referral and testimonial bonuses, employee discounts, wellness benefits
We're a local, independently owned agency — not a national call center. When you call the office, a person who knows your name picks up. Take care of our clients, and we'll take care of you.

Apply today. Every application gets a real response, usually within one business day.
