What You’ll Be Doing

As a Server at Canton Brew Works, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely service.
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations about our menu and craft beer selections.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tables and service areas.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and professionalism to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive.
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
