Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute test plans to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. The candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to identify defects and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
  • Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
  • Validate application data using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve defects.
  • Perform regression testing after new features and bug fixes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and defect triage meetings.
  • Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status.
  • Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards.
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Salary

₹4 LPA – ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
