Job Summary:
At Right at Home East Atlanta, we're on a mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve. As a Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) with our team, you'll have the opportunity to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. If you're passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare nutritious meals
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Transportation to appointments and errands
Observe and report changes in client condition
Complete required documentation accurately
Follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
2 years of previous caregiving or personal care experience required
Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transportation
Current Automobile Insurance
Eligible to Work in the United States
Pass Criminal Background Check
Pass Drug Screening
