Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our dealership sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, motivating staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive or vehicle sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
