Looking for a server position where you can build relationships, enjoy a welcoming environment, and make a difference every shift?
The Arbor Company is looking for friendly, dependable Dining Room Servers to join our senior living community. You’ll provide restaurant-style service to our residents while helping make mealtime one of the best parts of their day.
No late nights!
Available Schedules:Full-Time
7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Part-Time
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

As a Dining Room Server, you’ll help create a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. You will:
Provide friendly, restaurant-style meal service
Greet residents with a smile and get to know their preferences
Take and deliver meal and beverage requests
Assist residents with special dining requests
Set, clear, and reset tables
Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting
Work alongside a supportive dining team to provide excellent service
Have a friendly, positive, and welcoming personality
Enjoy helping and interacting with others
Are dependable and work well as part of a team
Provide courteous and respectful service
Are willing to learn — restaurant or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
Can successfully complete a Level 2 background check
