RN – Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Fort Myers, FL
Bring your cardiac nursing skills to a Progressive Care Unit where every heartbeat matters. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled RN – Cardiac PCU to provide exceptional care for patients recovering from cardiac events and requiring close monitoring in Fort Myers, FL.
Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months
What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized nursing care for cardiac progressive care patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient progress closely
Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing assessments
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and coordinate appropriate interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support safe recovery and transitions of care
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
Strong cardiac assessment and critical thinking skills
