What You'll Do

• Deliver and install appliances in customers' homes — refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, and more.
• Safely load, transport, and maneuver appliances using dollies and proper technique.
• Connect and test each appliance to make sure everything works perfectly before you leave.
• Represent Ralph's in customers' homes — showing up on time, being courteous, and leaving every space clean.
• Learn the appliance trade through our paid, continuous training.
• Take on more responsibility over time as you prove yourself — with growth in pay and role to match.

What We're Looking For

• A career-minded self-starter who wants to build something, not just fill a slot.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude and a strong desire to learn. Prior experience is a plus, but attitude matters most — if you've fixed cars or worked as a handyman, you'll do well here.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs daily and maneuver up to 250 lbs occasionally.
• A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable using basic computer and mobile technology.
