Job Summary

Line cook for our dinner service

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and cooked according to recipes and safe food handling guidelines.
• Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.
• Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.
• Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
• Cleaning station at the end of each shift to company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant. (fine dining experience preferred)
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 30+lbs
• Ability to work standing for a 8+ hours.
