• We are looking to hire a highly motivated ADON RN with a staff development and education background.
• Will work independently and with other team members.
• Must be able to meet deadlines for projects and for reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
• This is a salaried position that must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Nurse-On-Call.

Requirements

FL RN License (Required).

2 or more years experience in a skilled nursing LTC facility.

Proven Leadership skills to direct, lead, and motivate staff.

Proven educational abilities to train and lead best practices. Strong computer skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
