Your missionOwn the health of production machines and facility equipment by combining quick‑turn troubleshooting with disciplined preventive maintenance.
What you'll tackle- Install, service, and optimize production machinery and plant systems.
- Jump on emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and complete scheduled services during machine downtime.
- Perform basic machinist tasks to support repair work.
- Apply mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills; read manuals and work orders to plan and execute maintenance.
- Pinpoint faults, replace or rebuild parts, test thoroughly, and fine‑tune adjustments.
- Run routine PMs on machines, equipment, and facility assets.
- Operate hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely.
- Flag faulty operations or defective materials and notify supervision promptly.
- Champion safety and housekeeping to keep areas clean and orderly.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems on production machines.

Where and how you'll workExpect exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration; noise levels can be loud. This is a physically active job requiring regular talking and hearing; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day; frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds; and visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Time commitmentFull‑time role; 8‑hour workdays, Monday through Friday.
What you need to succeed- High school diploma/GED plus a completed craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent combination of education and production maintenance experience.
- 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and broader industrial skills.
- AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Vacuum furnace experience.
- Hands‑on with PLCs, VFDs, and HVAC.
- 1–2 years of CNC repair (preferred).
- Comfort with work order systems like MaintainX or FMX.
