Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:45 PMPay: $22.00/hourJob Type: Full-Time | On-SitePosition SummaryTop Metal Solutions is looking for a dependable CNC Laser Operator to join our fabrication team. This role is responsible for operating CNC cutting equipment, producing quality parts, and supporting daily production goals.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC laser, plasma, and router cutting equipment.Load materials and run pre-programmed CNC files.Perform basic machine setup and adjustments.Inspect parts for quality, measurements, and accuracy.Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.Use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and gauges.Work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.Maintain a safe and organized work area.Qualifications1–3 years of CNC machine operating experience preferred.Experience with CNC Laser, Plasma, Router, or Press Brake equipment.Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills.Experience working with metal materials.Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Why Join Top Metal Solutions?3-day weekends every week.Stable full-time position.Training and growth opportunities.Team-oriented work environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.Apply today and join the Top Metal Solutions team!Work Location: In person
