Bus Driver Adult Day Center

At our Adult Day Center on The King David Campus, we are looking for a full time bus driver to join our team! The position is for Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from the Adult Day Center using the community bus.

• Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle and safely transitioning into the center or their homes.

• Conduct daily morning vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper operation.

• Provide courteous and professional service to clients and families.

• Support activity programming and assist with client engagement during non-driving hours.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver’s license with a Certified Ohio BMV Driving Abstract.

• Ability to assist clients with mobility needs as required

• Experience in a senior housing, adult day, or related care setting preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Positive, patient, and cheerful disposition.

• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to complete and pass the DRIVE training course within 6 months of hire.
