Innovative, high-volume restaurant looking for DISHWASHERS for both lunch and dinner shifts!

Peerless Hospitality Concepts, a family-owned restaurant group with a rich history in Tennessee dating back to 1938, is seeking Dishwashers to ensure cleanliness and superior service at our unique-concept, full-service, casual dining restaurant and bar, BURG'r & BARREL in a historic Johnson City location. Under new management! An additional full-service restaurant is slated to re-open by 2026 after renovations.

Responsibilities:

• Wash & clean tableware, pots, pans & cooking equipment
• Keep dish room & equipment clean & organized
• Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant & restaurant team
• Follow & food safety & sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment & dishes
• Do kitchen & prep area cleaning

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of keeping clean & safe work areas
• Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 50 pounds
• Skills handling cleaning utensils & chemical solutions, water & kitchen equipment
• Knowledge & training of safe food handling
