Job Description
Job Description
Elite Orangetheory Fitness CoachLead the room. Change lives. Build a following.
Orangetheory Fitness is looking for exceptional coaches who can combine elite-level instruction, commanding presence, and genuine human connection.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to demonstrate exercises or read from a workout template.
We are looking for a coach who can walk into a room, own the energy, earn trust quickly, and deliver an experience members plan their day around.
The best coaches understand that people do not come back only because the workout was effective. They come back because they felt challenged, supported, recognized, and inspired.
You should know how to push a high performer, encourage a beginner, modify for limitations, correct movement without embarrassing someone, and make every member feel like they matter.
You bring confidence without ego, energy without theatrics, and expertise without losing personality.
What You’ll Do
Required Qualifications
Coaching compensation is based on class attendance:
$28 / $38 / $48 / $58 / $68 per class
Administrative hours are paid at $15 per hour.
Additional opportunities may be available through events, workshops, member engagement, and leadership responsibilities.
This Role Is for You If:
You want more than a fitness job.
You want to become the coach members request by name, recommend to their friends, and rearrange their schedules to train with.
You want to improve your craft, build a strong personal reputation, and work in an environment where energy, expertise, accountability, and results matter.
We are selective about who joins our coaching team because our members deserve an exceptional experience every time they walk through the door.
If you have the technical ability, stage presence, work ethic, and character to elevate the room, we want to hear from you.
