Position SummaryThe Wellness RN plays a key role in promoting client health, safety, and well‑being through in‑home wellness visits. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, meaningful one‑on‑one care, and a predictable 4‑day‑per‑week schedule.ResponsibilitiesConduct in‑home assessments and routine health evaluationsMonitor vital signs, medication compliance, and overall client statusProvide education to clients and families on health maintenance and safetyCollaborate with the care team to support individualized care plansIdentify changes in condition and communicate promptly with supervisorsPromote independence, dignity, and quality of life for each client QualificationsActive RN license in the state of MarylandMinimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or community care preferred)Strong assessment and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a flexible caseloadSchedule & BenefitsConsistent 4‑day‑per‑week scheduleWork time 9am-1:00pmSupportive team environmentOpportunities for professional growthCompetitive hourly pay
