Position Summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick) is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist with meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, ensuring residents receive quality service and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service, including tray preparation and delivery to residents

• Set up and maintain dining areas in a clean, organized manner

• Ensure residents receive correct meals, utensils, and any special dietary accommodations

• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and dishwashing as needed

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and respond to their needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or healthcare preferred, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Dependable with a positive, can-do attitude

• Willingness to learn and follow dietary and safety guidelines
